New updates from Euphoria Season 3 have surfaced ahead of the show’s return, drawing attention to an imminent trailer release. The latest footage signals the next chapter of the series as it moves closer to its scheduled premiere.
Fresh footage from Euphoria Season 3 has confirmed that a new trailer will be released imminently, following an official post from the show’s account stating, “F**k. New trailer tomorrow. #Euphoria.” The update comes as anticipation builds ahead of the show’s confirmed return date of April 12, 2026, marking its first season since 2022.
Season 3 will feature eight episodes and maintain the structure of previous seasons, with HBO releasing episodes weekly. HBO head Casey Bloys confirmed the spring 2026 release window, and the network has scheduled the premiere for 9 p.m. ET. The new season introduces a reported five-year time jump that moves the characters from high school into early adulthood.
The first trailer, released in January 2026, showed Rue stating, “A few years after high school, I don’t know if life was exactly what I wished.” It also featured Laurie confronting her with the line, “Hello, Rue, you owe me money.” The footage indicated ongoing storylines involving addiction, relationships, and new phases of life for returning characters.
The main cast includes Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Hunter Schafer, and Jacob Elordi, alongside Eric Dane, who completed filming before his death in February 2026. Barbie Ferreira and Storm Reid will not return, with Ferreira previously stating, “After four years of getting to embody the most special and enigmatic character Kat, I’m having to say a very teary-eyed goodbye.”
Filming for Season 3 began in early 2025 after delays linked to script revisions and industry strikes. Jacob Elordi told Variety, “I don’t really know what anyone else is doing. It’s all quite separate.”
