McTominay focus is only on Napoli, reassures expert Romano

Transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano reassures that Scott McTominay is totally focused on Napoli, despite rumours he was talking to Saudi Pro League clubs.

The midfielder has already become a legend since joining the club in the summer of 2024 from Manchester United, winning the Serie A title and Supercoppa Italiana.

He has continued that extraordinary form this season, scoring 11 goals and providing four assists in 36 competitive games.

McTominay’s current contract runs to June 2028, so there were rumours circulating of interest from Premier League sides, including a potential return to Manchester United, as well as the Saudi Pro League.

However, transfer pundit Romano points out there are no discussions currently taking place with the Saudi teams, and his “focus remains on Napoli.”
