On-loan Barcelona star sends message to Gavi

A member of the loan army at La Liga giants Barcelona has sent a message of congratulations the way of friend and former teammate Gavi.

This of course comes fresh off a special outing for the latter over the weekend.

Gavi marked his long-awaited return to the pitch on Sunday, in Barcelona’s La Liga meeting with Sevilla.

Sidelined since all the way back in September after being forced under the knife for a knee problem, the 21-year-old was introduced as a late substitute in a 5-2 win.

Blighted by injuries for several years now, messages of support and well-wishes, in turn, quickly came flooding in for Gavi from across the world of football.

And as alluded to above, quick to add his name to this list of well-wishers was a player currently out on loan away from the Camp Nou, in the form of Héctor Fort.

Taking to his official Instagram account, defender Fort unveiled a photo of Gavi back on the pitch, accompanied by the caption:

‘So happy for you brother’
