講到香港尋寶，怎可以不提夜冷舖！第一站去了位於上環的夜冷舖「勇利行」，這間店的主理人是現年87歲的Annie，她指自己在1989年開設「勇利行」，超過30多年歷史。當年Annie的家人也是開夜冷舖，所以她對舊物有一種特殊感情，覺得把舊物扔了十分可惜。

舊時的雜誌、玩具、眼鏡、瓷器、明星相等，連舊式炭熨斗都有，全部都充滿香港懷舊味道，相信大家都輕易搵到心頭好！

「勇利行」內的貨品部分來自拍賣、移民市民，有時他們更會去快到倒閉的店舖入手心頭好，所以這裡舊物應有盡有，價錢多數都是Annie看心情定價。而Annie談話中透露出風趣幽默，她指十分喜歡和客人互動、談天，自己會做到沒有能力工作的一天！

西九龍中心美食廣場中有一間小店「笑口祖」，就是今集的第二站，這間食店又有甚麼特色呢？「笑口祖」兩位主理人63歲的阿Jo及69歲的Wendy約一年前開店，因為自己想繼續返工，覺得比退休更開心。

「笑口祖」主理人阿Jo及Wendy十分用心經營，煮出來的食物除了美味，價錢更十分相宜。海鮮蟹籽炒飯配上甜品、蔬菜、花茶，十分足料，都只要售賣$26，超抵食！$36的滷水乳鴿、$26的歡樂炸粽，$16的甜密脆麻花、$36開朗手撕雞飯，全部價錢都相當親民，因為兩位主理人認為，看到客人食得開心更重要，開心比賺錢重要！

二人開小店後，初時都會有吵架，後來學會互相包容、諒解對方。Wendy指自己以前活得不開心，個性固執，十年前曾患癌症，發現不可以太過執著；開店後自己用心製作，感受到客人的熱情、支持，她覺得現在自己活得十分開心。而除了和客人的互動，二人和其他美食廣場小店的店主關係也相當不錯，互相幫助、鼓勵，十分窩心！

細間始終你好第一集｜上環文化士多推廣「香港製造」

上環有一間文化士多「軾東坡」，主理人Vincent對「香港製造」有一種情意結，所以決定在上環和不同的藝術家合作，推廣本地文化。

「軾東坡」中的所有事物都非常特別，好像是藍色的舊式鐵閘、彩色的70多年歷史的地磚、香港製造的玩具，一踏進去就好像回到多年前。

Vincent更展出了自己的珍藏「100年前的『VR』」，原來這是一個木製眼鏡，配合了不同的照片及視角效果，看到的照片會變得十分立體，如去到現場，感受到當年的世界。
