深水埗社區客廳啟用 逾500劏房戶料受惠 下兩個選址土瓜灣紅磡




【明報專訊】今年《施政報告》提出推行「社區客廳試行計劃」，以政、商、民合作方式，為劏房戶提供額外生活空間。首個「社區客廳」已於深水埗福華街188號1樓推出，實用面積4738平方呎，設有共享廚房、學習室、洗衣房等。項目為期3年，料服務最少500個劏房戶，全年服務約8萬人次。政務司長陳國基透露會於土瓜灣和紅磡一帶再設社區客廳。
