HBO has finally shared the official trailer for the upcoming premiere of Euphoria Season 3, teasing the long-awaited return of Zendaya‘s Rue, Jacob Elordi‘s Nate, Hunter Schafer’s Jule, Alexa Demie’s Maddy, and Sydney Sweeney‘s Cassie. The hit coming-of-age drama will debut its newest season on April 12, 2026.
“A group of childhood friends wrestle with the virtue of faith, the possibility of redemption, and the problem of evil,” says the official logline.

What do we know about Euphoria Season 3?
Euphoria is created and written by Sam Levinson, who is also executive producing with Zendaya and Drake. The series follows a group of high school students as they struggle to move through the worlds of drugs, sex, identity, trauma, social media, love, and friendship. Season 3 will also feature the return of Maude Apatow as Lexi, Dominic Fike as Elliot, Eric Dane as Cal, Colman Domingo as Ali, Martha Kelly as Laurie, and Chloe Cherry as Faye.
In a previous interview, Levinson confirmed that the next installment will take place five years after the events of the Season 2 finale. Fans will see Rue trying to find a way to pay off her debt to Laurie, while Jules is now attending an art school. As for Cassie and Nate, they are now engaged and are living in the suburbs. Meanwhile, Maddy is in Hollywood working at a talent agency, while Lexi becomes a showrunner’s assistant.
Season 3 will also introduce new characters played by Sharon Stone, Rosalía, Trisha Paytas, Natasha Lyonne, Danielle Deadwyler, Eli Roth, Marshawn Lynch, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Toby Wallace, Darrell Britt-Gibson, Kadeem Hardison, Priscilla Delgado, James Landry Hébert, Anna Van Patten, Asante Blackk, Bella Podaras, Bill Bodner, Cailyn Rice, Colleen Camp, Gideon Adlon, Hemky Madera, Homer Gere, Jack Topalian, Jessica Blair Herman, Kwame Patterson, Madison Thompson, Matthew Willig, Rebecca Pidgeon, and Sam Trammell.
