Kim Hawthorne as Dr. Gregory: Brady gets a medical update on Rachel from her doctor on Tuesday, January 13.

Hank Northrop as Liam Selejko: The offspring of Wayne Northrop (ex-Roman/Alex) and Lynn Herring (Lucy, GH), Hank Northrop is back in town this week. Northrop who potrays Liam Selejko, will share scenes with Linsey Godfrey’s character Sarah in the upcoming episodes.

Peter Porte as Dimitri von Leuschner: Dimitri’s still at the heart of the chaos this week. He will be seen alongside Emily O’Brien’s Gwen, among others.

Dimitri drops a bombshell on Leo on January 12, and Maggie clashes with Xander. Sarah comforts Brady while Steve and Alex oppose Stephanie’s plan. Cat grills Gwen in the January 13 episode as Dimitri spins a tale for Rafe. Kristen woos Sarah while Brady discusses Rachel’s case with her physician.

The January 14 episode will witness Leo confiding in Chad and Gwen confronting Kristen. Holly invites Ari to a sorority while Brady talks business with Tate. On January 15, Brady opens up to Marlena, Maggie vents to Julie, and Sarah confronts Xander. Meanwhile, Rachel will receive some advice from Jeremy.

The January 16 episode starts off with Javi getting devastating news. Leo pressures Gwen while Johnny tips off Rafe. Cat makes a bold move, and Chanel opens up to Theo.
