Kim Cattrall is a married woman.
The “Sex and the City” actress, 69, tied the knot with audio engineer Russell Thomas in London, Dec. 4, People reports. The pair’s intimate ceremony took place at the Chelsea Old Town Hall, according to the outlet, and was attended by just 12 guests.
Cattrall wore a Dior suit, complete with a white tulle skirt and a sleek blazer. She paired the ensemble with Cornelia James gloves and an elaborate Philip Treacy hat, according to People. Thomas, 55, wore a custom Richard James suit.
Cattrall, best known for playing the wild and witty Samantha Jones on “Sex and the City,” met Thomas in 2016 during an appearance on the BBC. She told Glamour in 2018 that their connection quickly grew after he slid into her DMs on X.
“It was very, very modern. It’s just been very easy,” she told the outlet. “He’s a great guy.”
Cattrall gushed further about her relationship in a 2020 interview with People, telling the outlet that they bonded over a shared birthplace in the UK.
“I’m very comfortable around him,” she said. “He’s a firecracker and he’s got a wicked sense of humor. And he’s easy on the eyes!”
“I love him,” she added. “And he was worth waiting for.”
This is Cattrall’s fourth marriage. The actress first wed Larry Davis in 1977. The pair divorced several years later, before tying the knot with architect Andre J. Lyson in 1982. After their divorce in 1989, she married audio engineer Mark Levinson in 1998, divorcing six years later.
