調查:近九成半受訪屋邨居民冀引入智能化管理 民建聯倡引入機械人大使


隨着香港樓宇管理邁向智能化,房屋局近年積極展開在「智慧屋邨」方面的工作,目前,房委會已選定包括深水埗區海盈邨在內的十個屋邨作為智慧屋邨管理試點,積極引入合適創新科技推動智慧屋邨管理。民建聯深水埗支部較早前在深水埗區內訪問558名屋邨居民,94.8%希望所居住屋邨能盡快引入智能化管理,亦有64.9%認同引入智能化管理能夠提升現時屋邨管理質素。調查結果顯示深水埗居民對公共屋邨智能化管理有較高期望,因此團隊認為房屋局應加快推動「智慧屋邨」管理,以提升屋邨管理效率和居民生活質量。團隊日前亦到訪海盈邨,了解房委會在該屋邨已運行的物聯網服務,並提出了不少改善意見。房委會目前選定10個屋邨作為「智慧屋邨試點」,引入物聯網感測器、人工智能、行動裝置、機械人等科技,協助屋邨管理。試點屋邨包括位於深水埗區的海盈邨,民建聯在2月18日至4月18日在區內進行調查,收集558份問卷。調查顯示,42.4%對現有屋邨管理服務滿意,46.1%一般,8.6%不滿意。民建聯認為,數據反映不足半數居民滿意現有屋邨管理服務,可見管理質素有提升空間。團隊建議分階段推行智能化管理、打造智能便民服務平台、推進智能機械人及AI科技應用、強化智慧屋邨物聯網技術、加快推動智能門禁系統、為獨居長者或傷殘人士安裝家居智能安全監護系統、加強推廣及促進居民參與,以及考慮增設機械人居民大使。九龍西立法會議員鄭泳舜稱,期望機械人應用成熟後,可以擴展至其他公共屋邨。至於目前有10條屋邨試行智慧管理,鄭稱其實有些智能管理措施可率先在更多屋邨落實,例如現時屋邨居民進出大廈仍使用密碼,為減少密碼外洩風險及衍生的保安漏洞,應該多使用智能咭及專屬QR Code二維碼措施,兩者同時使用,以便利居民或長者出入。鄭稱現在不少私人屋苑已採取智能化管理,期望房屋局多推出相關智慧管理措施,相信將有助增強居民的幸福感。
