Bacha Coffee flagship store brings the first Coffee Room in Hong Kong
With this latest opening, Hong Kongers can finally enjoy the brand’s signature dining concept. The Room overlooks Victoria Harbour and seats up to 50 people. The interior design takes inspiration from the first-ever Bacha Coffee store in Dar el Bacha at Marrakech. On top of the beloved coffees and pastries, diners can look forward to a carefully curated menu, available all day. Guests who have experienced the Coffee Room in other countries can expect the same menu.
For breakfast, the Baked Free-Range Eggs (HKD 180 or THB 762) are a hearty option to start your day. It comes nestled in a spicy tomato sauce infused with Red Bison Coffee feta cheese, olives, herbs, and confit forest mushrooms. The Traditional Moroccan “Kefta” Meatballs (HKD 240 or THB 1,016.) honour the brand’s Moroccan roots, featuring a blend of warm spices that delivers a punch of flavours without being overpowering. Vegetarians can opt for the Risotto (HKD 192 or THB 813), which comes with a whole garden of vegetables like green asparagus, courgette, broccoli, and confit garlic. Meanwhile, the Bacha Club Sandwich (HKD 198 or THB 838) with chicken, cheddar, beef bacon, fried egg, onion raisin confit, and gherkins are perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.
While you’re there, don’t skip the desserts. Of course, the Tiramisu (HKD 108 or THB 457) is a must-have, featuring its Vienna Dawn coffee. The Coffee Room is also a fantastic way to try coffee pairings with the selection at Bacha Coffee. Enjoy it hot or iced, topped with the Chantilly cream and freshly-ground Tahiti vanilla.
Other experiences at the store

Like the other Hong Kong branches, the Bacha Coffee flagship store also has the Coffee Boutique and Takeaway Concept. The wall of coffee beans is a signature look across all stores. Each box contains a different bean or blend, providing more than 200 varieties of 100% Arabica beans for customers to choose from. Divided into categories like Single Origin, Fine Blended, Fine Flavoured, and Decaf, there are plenty of options to explore. Customers can also order them either whole or freshly ground by the Coffee Masters according to preference. There are also gift boxes available, which make for easy gifting for coffee lovers.
The full collection is also available through the Takeaway Concept. Customers can try out the different beans with a side of Chantilly cream, raw sugar candy stick, and a reusable glass straw. The selection also includes its famous croissants, both savoury and sweet.
