RedMagic 10S Pro+ surfaces on AnTuTu with Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Edition

The team at AnTuTu has discovered a new model, the RedMagic 10S Pro+ (NX789S_V2A), in its benchmark database. This is a follow-up to the RedMagic 10 Pro+, which used the Snapdragon 8 Elite.

The new model also uses a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, though it is the overclocked version – the Prime cores run at up to 4.47GHz, up from 4.32GHz on the 10 Pro+. This is the same clock speed as the “for Galaxy” version of the chip, but uses different branding for obvious reasons (usually labeled “Leading Edition”). The Honor GT Pro is the only non-Samsung phone to use this version of the 8 Elite so far.

There will be a RedMagic 10S Pro (non-plus) as well – the new S-models will be unveiled on May 26 (Monday) and will be available for pre-order from JD the same day.
