Samsung teases the Galaxy M56, here’s when it’s coming

Samsung is getting ready to launch a new mid-range smartphone in India, the Galaxy M56. This will be sold through Amazon, and in fact the retailer already has a full teaser microsite up for it.

This reveals the launch date: April 17. It also tells us that the tagline for this model will be “the monsterest monster”. The phone is 7.2mm thin, weighs 180g, and supports HDR selfie videos from its 12 MP front-facing camera.

It has Gorilla Glass Victus on top of its screen, which is 33% brighter and has 26% slimmer bezels than its predecessor‘s. There’s also a triple rear camera system comprising a 50 MP main sensor with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide, and a 2 MP macro shooter.

It will support AI features like Object Eraser, Image Clipper, and Edit Suggestions.

At the beginning of this month, the Galaxy M56 was spotted in the Geekbench database rocking the Exynos 1480 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM. The prototype in question ran Android 15.
