孫宇晨:已就FDT欺詐事件報案 提供5000萬美元賞金 (16:21) – 20250403 – 即時財經新聞

孫宇晨今日(3日)下午2時大動作在港召開記者會,講述上述事件始末。他大致重複早前於本地傳媒受訪時所發表的言論,指上述事件顯示本港信託業「似乎存在明顯漏洞」、「可用以規避金融與銀行監管」,他也重申不是自己遭到欺詐,自己僅是出手相助的「白武士」,並稱自己披露的內容僅是民間調查,不是事件全貌,籲FDT盡快公開相關財務情況,以供公眾檢驗。

孫宇晨指,Techteryx當初選擇FDT,正是因為該機構在港持有信託牌照。但上述疑似詐欺事件令他及Techteryx選擇儲備金保管機構時認為「不能選香港本地持牌信託機構」,因相關機構「沒有內部風險控制機制」、「隨時可轉走客戶儲備金」,形容上述事件是「血的教訓」。

對本港而言,他認為,上述事件不僅對公眾構成風險,也威脅香港作為全球金融中心的聲譽。他指自己及Techteryx尚未與本港證監會接觸,籲本港監管機構與執法部門盡快介入,採取果斷措施堵塞漏洞,防止投資者進一步蒙受損失。

此外,繼早前接受本地傳媒訪問講述事件後,孫宇晨過去12個小時間於社交平台X上連發12則帖文,點名FDT已資不抵債,無法滿足客戶兌付資金,更加碼指控FDT行政總裁卓君強涉嫌欺詐行為。FDT早前已經發出聲明駁斥相關指控,並稱將於本港時間今日下午四時直播回應事件。

公開資料顯示,Techteryx於上月底入稟香港高等法院,指控卓君強及一名新加坡持牌基金管理人YAI SUKONTHABHUND,涉與多家公司共同串謀,以欺詐方式騙取原告及公眾超過5億美元(約39億港元)信託存款,Techteryx就此追討賠償。
