Spanish Premier League sensation ‘dreams’ of a move to Real Madrid – Telegraph

Real Madrid have begun drawing up their plans for the summer transfer window and one of the positions they intend to strengthen is that of center back.

Specifically, a player who plays on the left of the center of defense will be needed soon, considering that David Alaba, who returned after a 13-month absence, is heading towards the end of his career and also his contract.

The emergence of Raul Asensio in recent months has meant that signing a centre-back is no longer a priority for Real Madrid.

However, the age of Alaba and Antonio Rudiger has led the management to consider the transfer of a younger player and one of those being monitored by the management is Dean Huijsen.

Huijsen, who will be available for sale in the summer for €60m, has enjoyed a fantastic first season in the Premier League with Bournemouth.

Expectations are that at least one club will look to activate his release clause during the upcoming transfer window and Real Madrid are one of the candidates.

In case ‘Los Blancos’ decide to make a move for Huijsen, they will most likely transfer him.

This is because Diario AS has reported that the young Spaniard is said to be ‘dreaming’ of a move to the ‘Santiago Bernabeu’.

Huijsen would be a signing that would make sense for Real Madrid and he would fit in wonderfully with their policy of transferring young players.Telegraph/
