Borough Care, a local care home group in Stockport, has been recognised as one of the UK’s best at the prestigious 2025 CareHome.co.uk Awards.

For the third consecutive year, Borough Care was recognised as one of the UK’s Top 20 Care Home Groups.

The awards were based on first-hand reviews from residents and relatives.

The company, which has homes across Stockport borough, said the team were ‘thrilled’ to have been recognised in this way.

“This accolade highlights Borough Care’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our residents across all 12 of our care homes in Stockport and Staffordshire”, a spokesperson said.

“For over 30 years Borough Care has consistently demonstrated a dedication to high standards of care, ensuring that every resident receives personalised attention tailored to their individual needs, whilst creating vibrant and engaging environments that allow our residents to live life in colour.”

The spokesperson added: “We strive to ensure that our residents not only receive outstanding care but also enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle that promotes their wellbeing and happiness.

“What makes this award particularly meaningful is that it is based on first hand reviews from those that matter the most; our residents and their relatives.

“At Borough Care, we believe that the voices of those we care for are paramount in shaping our services and ensuring we meet their needs effectively. The feedback we receive not only rewards our teams’ commitment and dedication but also guides us in continuously improving our care practices and we wish to thank those who take the time to provide reviews for our homes.

“We understand that choosing a care home is a significant decision for families and we are honoured that so many families continue to chose Borough Care homes for their loved ones.

“This award would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our inspiring staff members. Their commitment to excellence in care and their ability to create warm, welcoming and nurturing environments for our residents and their families is truly commendable.
