New Year’s resolutions are a myth—one we love to believe in but rarely follow through on. Every January, millions promise themselves a fresh start, only to falter within days or weeks. However, it seems like Ivanka Trump— U.S. President Donald Trump’s daughter—is sticking with hers.

Ivanka Trump took to social media platform X yesterday to share a glimpse of her fitness journey, posting a gym photo where she flaunted her workout-ready physique. The post has since gone viral, racking up over 1.7 million views. For her workout session, Ivanka wore a white sports bra, blue athletic shorts, and white sneakers. The 43-year-old complemented her look with black gym gloves and earbuds. She appeared makeup-free, with her blonde hair tied back.
Alongside the image, she wrote: “Sticking to New Year’s resolutions isn’t easy—only 23% of people make it past the first week. [I’ve fallen into that category many, many times!] But every day is a new opportunity to show up and stay committed. Feeling stronger and more motivated as February begins—let’s keep going! Strong body / Strong mind!”

The post’s comment section was overwhelmed with praise from fans. Most of them thanked Ivanka for motivating them. One user said, “So true. It’s all your mindset. Keep up the great work.” Another suggested, “You are aging in reverse!”
However, Ivanka has revealed many times that she was not always so health-conscious. In her twenties, she admitted to indulging in carbs three times a day, often opting for pasta or pizza instead of a balanced diet. Her perspective shifted after becoming a mother, and now, a decade later, she is in better shape than ever.

Ivanka’s workout schedule

Ivanka Trump follows a structured fitness regimen focused on strength training, as revealed by her trainer, Sandy Brockman, to the Daily Mail. The 43-year-old lifts weights four days a week, occasionally incorporating a yoga session for balance.

Her routine consists of five core exercises—deadlifts, back squats, hinges, presses, and pull-ups—while adjusting the weight based on her fitness goals. Brockman, a Texas-based trainer, praised Ivanka for her dedication, describing her approach to strength training as both disciplined and empowering.
Ivanka told The Daily Mail, that her fitness routine includes yoga, pilates, and cargo. In January, during her appearance on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast this week, Ivanka emphasized the importance of combining protein intake with resistance training and weightlifting. She also revealed that she starts her day at 5:30 a.m., practices daily meditation, and drinks an “excessive” amount of water.
