Google Maps 用呢三大措拖 防範虛假評論內容-ePrice.HK


Google Maps 係全球最多人用嘅地圖軟件之一，喺 Google Maps 上嘅建築，例如餐廳、酒店等等，我哋都可以見到每日有唔少用家分享佢哋嘅評論、體驗。然而，有人評論嘅地方，就會有可能有好多虛假嘅評論，到底 Google Maps 自己又如何幫到大家去防範虛假內容呢？Google 就提出咗以下三點。

Google 日前分享咗三種可以阻止提交違反政策內容嘅方法，當中包括：

001：對即時濫用行為作出快速反應


Google 表示，他們的系統會不斷監控貢獻內容中的異常模式，當偵測到可疑活動，就會訊速探取行動，並可能實施保護措施以防止進一步嘅濫用，保護措施可以係刪除呢啲違反政策嘅內容，甚至乎禁用新貢獻嘅所有內容，並進行調查。

002：喺敏感時刻之前防止濫用行為


除咗見到濫用跡象之後，Google 會保護場所之外，佢哋表示仲會喺預計離題以及無益內容增加時，主動保護場所。

003：實施長期保護


除咗以上臨時保護之外，對於 Google 發現用戶貢獻由始至終都係無益、有害或者偏離主題嘅地方，Google 仲會提供長期保護，通常針對嗰啲人們非自願前往或僅特定人員可訪問嘅地點，例如警局、監獄等等。喺呢種情況下，當某些地方嘅貢獻不被接受，就可能會通知使用者，例如如果有人想喺 Google 地圖上為監獄撰寫評論，佢哋會見到有條通知橫額，寫住此功能已關閉。

Google Maps 通過以上三大策略，防止不良內容，維護平台真實性和可靠性。Google 承諾將繼續發展同完善呢啲框架，以確保地圖上嘅資訊始終真實、有用且可靠。
