From the 23rd to the 27th, the gourmet event “Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2024” will be held in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong is one of the world’s largest gastronomic capitals. There are seven restaurants that received three stars from Michelin. Chef Ahn Sung-jae’s “Mosu,” which appeared in Netflix’s “Black and White Chef,” which has recently become very popular, is the only one in the world operating branches in Hong Kong.
The festival is set in Victoria Harbor. More than 300 wine and food booths from 35 countries, from classic wines from France, Australia, and Italy to wines selected from Moldova, Finland, and Thailand, will participate to showcase a variety of global gastronomy. In particular, it will provide an opportunity to taste Guizhou Baiju (traditional Chinese white wine), which is served as a state banquet, and Jade Dove Cabernet, one of the “10 best wines in China in 2021.”

The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2024 will feature more than 100 food booths featuring a variety of local snacks and dishes from 17 countries. You can experience Hong Kong’s best gastronomy in the “Culinary Star” and “Hotel Delicious” zones, where award-winning famous restaurants participate.
This year’s festival will host master classes and workshops hosted by star chefs and sommeliers themselves. At various workshops at the Tasting Theatre, you can learn wine and cocktails pairing classes as well as the secrets of Caesar’s salad reinterpreted by world-renowned chef Nancy Silverton.
In addition, you can enjoy signature cocktails presented by world-class Mixologists against the backdrop of beautiful scenery of Victoria Harbor at Harbor Lounge.
