Chilli Fagara’s Seasonal Claypot Menu
Chilli Fagara brings back its limited Seasonal Claypot Menu as we enter the cooler months. Six sizzling claypot creations serve as the ultimate comfort dishes in flavours like Fiery Oxtail Stew with Aged Chinese Wine, Flaming MaPo Tofu with Chicken, and Sichuan Dried Beancurds with Mixed Vegetables.

New Menu By New Head Chef At BEDU
With BEDU’s new Head Chef comes a new a la carte menu, bringing together the best of Persian, Turkish and Jordanian cuisines. The menu by Head Chef Ali Ahmadpour spans a selection of hot and cold mezze alongside bigger plates of Beef Kofteh, Lamb Rack, Roasted Eggplant, Grilled Seabass and more.

Club Rangoon’s Farewell Feast
Beloved Burmese restaurant Club Rangoon will be closing its doors this month. For its final hurrah, the restaurant will host a “Farewell Feast” between 14 November to its final service on 15 November, featuring favourites from the grill dishes alongside the restaurant’s greatest hits throughout the years. The lunch set available over this period will be a scaled-down version of the dinner menu, with both two-course and three-course options available.
The Burmese Grill Brunch menu will continue as usual for Saturdays. Throughout the two weeks, Club Rangoon will also be doing various giveaways for diners, including limited edition merchandise, DIY laphet thoke kits

Chef Rikku’s South African-Inspired Pop-Up Dinner At TEST KITCHEN
Popularly known for his stint at MasterChef: The Professionals, the Top Five finalist brings his contemporary take on South African cooking in this limited-time pop-up dinner at TEST KITCHEN. His innovative vision shines through this theatrical eight-course degustation in dishes like Cape Malay Picked Fish with Citrus Cured Hamachi, Bird on a Braai, featuring BBQ yellow chicken breast, polenta, confit leg roll, and more.

Noi’s Seasonal Signature Menu
This autumn, Michelin-starred Noi at Four Seasons will showcase a glorious bounty of seafood, root vegetables and citric fruits from all around the globe. Highlights from the updated tasting menu include a silky smooth chawanmushi starring Alaskan king crab, Scottish blue lobster with Japanese pumpkin purée, and a rum gelato topped with Oscietra Caviar and a drizzle of mole. We’ve also got to give a special shoutout to the bread course that features the restaurant’s Parker House-style rolls with flavoured whipped sour cream and butter.

Clarence’s Keto Menu
As part of Clarence’s Summer Health Campaign, Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Elzer has collaborated with Ketogenic Asia’s co-founder Oliver Smith to create a special Keto Menu. Only 1,088 calories in total, the menu includes dishes such as Alaskan King Crab Legs, Chilean Sea Bass & Tandoori, and Pork Pluma & Gribiche (a dish that features the rarest cut of Iberian pork).
