Amazon Prime Day deals: Samsung, Lenovo, Amazon tablets in the UK and Germany

It’s day two of Amazon Prime Day 2024 and there are plenty of tablet deals on deck. We’ve prepared a list of some of the best options across varying budgets. As a reminder, you’ll need an active Prime subscription to get these deals.

Amazon Germany is offering the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 for €699. This 2-in-1 launched in late 2022 but it’s a full-fledged PC replacement capable of running all of your Windows X86 apps as well as less demanding games. It boasts a 13.5-inch touchscreen, 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. It also supports and has some decent I/O with 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports and comes with a free copy of Windows 11 Home and one month of Xbox Game Pass included.

Apple’s baseline iPad (2022) is down to €367/£304 and is a great entry point in Apple’s tablet ecosystem. It may not have the best screen, chipset or cameras from Apple’s tablet range but the iPad (2022) will be supported for years to come and can cover all of the tablet basics.

Next up on the list are Samsung’s Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE and Tab S9 FE. The former is down to €340 from Amazon Germany and brings a spacious 12.4 LCD for media consumption and packs a 10,090mAh battery that should last you days between charges.

Tab S9 FE comes with a £380 asking price and features a faster 10.9-inch 90Hz LCD, Samsung’s Exynos 1380 chipset, and runs the latest One UI 6 with Android 14.

Samsung’s more affordable Galaxy Tab A9 series is also discounted. Amazon Germany has the Tab A9+
starting at €180 while Amazon UK is offering the compact 8.7-inch Tab A9 for £120.

Lenovo has deals on its Android tablets with the Tab P12 down to €320/£280. This one packs a decently sized 12.7-inch IPS LCD paired quad speakers, MediaTek’s DImensity 7050 chipset and a 10,200 mAh battery with 33W charging.

Tab P11 (Gen 2) is discounted to €199/£150 and is another great option in this price range. It boasts an 11.5-inch IPS LCD, Helio G99 chipset and a 7,700 mAh battery.

Amazon’s Fire tablets are also getting discounts with the Fire HD 10 (2023) down to €85/£80. This is for the 3/32GB version with ads but it’s a solid deal considering the price tag.

You may also want to look at the Fire HD 8 Kids (2022) which is just €75/£65 and comes with a “kid-proof case”, a two-year worry-free guarantee, and one year of Amazon Kids+ content.

We may get a commission from qualifying sales.
