瑞銀上調今明兩年內地經濟預測 (10:04) – 20231019 – 即時財經新聞

瑞銀指,未來幾個月房地產活動料趨穩,但明年依然疲軟。房地產銷售、新開工和投資降幅預計將收窄,該行業對2024年經濟增長的拖累將減弱。政府可能會向開發商和停滯不前的項目提供更多信貸支持。另外,鑒於全球科技周期有觸底跡象,出口可能會停止收縮。

財政政策方面,瑞銀認為,今年餘下時間不太可能出台大規模財政刺激措施,但預計未來幾個月政策利率將再次下調10個基點。此外,明年政府預計將設定比今年更高的總體財政赤字率和地方債限額,不過基礎設施投資仍可能略微減速。

瑞銀認為人行將為地方特殊再融資債券的繼續發行提供流動性支持,今年總額估計不超過1.5萬億元人民幣。
