高豐半年多賺51.8%中期息0.03元 擬投資電機新項目 (20:19) – 20250507 – 即時財經新聞

期內,高豐銷售成本約為2.375億元,按年減23.9%。毛利減少約490萬元。但毛利率上升至約10.9%,上年同期則為9.8%。

業務進展方面,高豐指,近期公司已完成瑪麗醫院之擴展工程及開展另一全港最大之醫院項目及一個於銅鑼灣的政府辦公大樓項目,而集團成功贏得多項長期合約,為未來數年的穩定收入奠定基礎。

至於現有工程,該集團表示,截至今年3月底止的六個月期間,將專注於三項大型項目的工程服務,分別是瑪麗醫院、銅鑼灣地方法院和啟德新急症醫院。

展望未來,高豐指,集團專注於政府項目,並將於未來日子繼續向這些政府項目投標,因此營運不易受貿易戰等外部市場波動的影響。此外,集團正考慮投資於電機相關項目,以擴大業務範圍並提高盈利能力。該集團又指,計劃的投資目前處於初步階段,至今尚未簽訂任何協議。未來集團將努力增強盈利能力,集中於有利可圖的商業機會以達至可持續性的穩定增長。
