零售協會:11月零售環境平穩 電器類受低基數及新品帶動 (18:44) – 20260102 – 即時財經新聞

期內電器類別按年升近四成,謝邱安儀稱主要因新型號電子產品推出,加上去年比較基數偏低,自兩至三個月前已開始錄得較理想升幅。她預期,電器類別在12月仍可維持升勢,因屬消費旺季,而去年同期基數仍然偏低,估計可維持雙位數增長。

協會訪問了約3800間店鋪及7.6萬名員工,結果顯示,約四成半受訪會員料2025年12月生意錄得升幅,另有四成半錄得跌幅,其餘約一成表示持平。錄得升幅的行業主要包括珠寶鐘錶、化妝品、電器、眼鏡及保健品等。

謝邱安儀指出,本港聖誕節氣氛較內地濃厚,有助吸引旅客來港消費,帶動珠寶鐘錶、化妝品及個人護理產品銷售,相關類別多錄得單位數升幅,個別如珠寶首飾及化妝品更有低雙位數增長。她補充,金價上升推高珠寶零售額,但旅客購買的金飾重量較以往減少。相反,超市、便利店銷售表現持平至單位數跌幅,食品、家具亦錄得單位數下跌;百貨公司及服裝類別跌幅則介乎單位數至低雙位數。

她又提到,2025年12月24日下班後至12月28日期間,港人外遊情况明顯,尤其依賴本地市場的商戶普遍反映市面較為冷清。此外,大埔火災亦對零售市道造成影響,超過六成受訪會員表示生意受波及。她補充,協會比較火災前後一星期的問卷結果,發現便利店、服裝、食品、家具及鐘錶等類別均受影響,其中服裝類別跌幅達單位數至低雙位數。各行業復蘇速度不一,約四分一受訪會員在12月首周恢復生意,另有四分一在第二周逐步回穩。

展望1月,由於2026年農曆新年落在2月,約四成受訪會員預期生意錄得升幅,四成預料下跌,其餘兩成持平。珠寶類別受金價上升帶動,料有升幅;化妝品、保健品及眼鏡預期錄得單位數增長。個人護理、便利店、家居、電器及鐘錶類別料表現持平。食品及超市料錄得單位數至低雙位數跌幅,主要受農曆新年月份錯配影響。

謝邱安儀表示,2025年表現較佳的零售類別仍主要由旅客消費帶動,但旅客消費模式轉變,加上免稅額限制及經濟環境影響,整體購買力較過往疲弱,零售業在更大程度上依賴本地市場,同時亦要面對港人北上消費及外遊的競爭。不過,她指出化妝品、保健品及個人護理產品因人流支撐,表現相對較佳。她預期,2026年上半年零售市道大致持平,微升微跌的格局料將持續,消費力短期內難有明顯改善,高消費客群比例仍需時間逐步提高。
