【大紀元2026年02月11日訊】(大紀元記者張婷綜合報導)佛羅里達州的邁阿密正在迎來更多的加州富豪。Meta首席執行官馬克‧扎克伯格(Mark Zuckerberg)成為最新在邁阿密買房的加州億萬富翁。背後推力是加州議員正在推動徵收超5%的億萬富翁稅。

據《華爾街日報》報導,知情人士透露,扎克伯格在邁阿密印第安溪(Indian Creek)正在購買一棟新建成的海濱豪宅。目前尚不清楚該交易是否已經完成。

億萬富翁汽車經銷商諾曼‧布拉曼(Norman Braman)和他的妻子艾爾瑪‧布拉曼(Irma Braman)就住在扎克伯格新家的隔壁。艾爾瑪在接受電話採訪時告訴《華日》,扎克伯格告訴他們,他計劃在4月前搬入該房產。

「我們很高興他的到來。」艾爾瑪說。

加州議員正提議徵收5%的億萬富翁稅。而佛羅里達州不徵收州所得稅,這對於扎克伯格和貝佐斯這樣的億萬富翁來說,意味著節省數百萬美元。

邁阿密的房地產經紀人表示,加州提出的「億萬富翁稅」令那裡的富豪們感到不安,許多人現在正四處搜尋南佛羅里達的高端住宅。

據彭博社報導,道格拉斯‧埃利曼(Douglas Elliman)地產公司的豪宅經紀人迪娜‧戈爾登泰爾(Dina Goldentayer)說,「他們(加州富豪)來了,而且正在提交報價。」

她表示,許多加州購房者都專注於價值3000萬美元至1.5億美元的「頂級豪宅」。然而,也有一些人正在尋找價格較低的房產,以便儘快安家落戶,而不是等待完美房產。

知情人士向《華爾街日報》透露,谷歌聯合創始人拉里‧佩奇(Larry Page)在過去幾個月裡以約1.88億美元的價格在邁阿密椰林區(Coconut Grove)購買了多處房產,而另一位谷歌聯合創辦人謝爾蓋‧布林(Sergey Brin)也一直在商談以5,000萬美元的價格在邁阿密海灘購買一處房產。

據彭博社報導,已有超過六位億萬富翁因潛在的稅收威脅而離開加州,如果該稅收提案獲得通過,另有15至20個家庭計劃離開。

除了億萬富翁外,還有一些加州富人因為加州的累進稅制等原因而選擇搬離。

彭博社援引「Jackson Square Capital」創辦人、財富管理人安德魯‧格雷厄姆(Andrew Graham)的話說,其他房地產買家多為年紀較大、生活富裕的加州人,他們希望保護個人財富而離開加州。

據格雷厄姆估計,他的客戶中已有約8%離開加州,原因是「政府治理不善」以及加州的累進稅制,另有20%的客戶正在認真考慮搬離。
