其實上年環境股市暢旺,根據積金局1月6日公布,2025年全年強積金整體淨回報為16.5%,實現連續三年取得正回報。所有強積金基金(逾三百多隻)於過去一年全部錄得正回報,強積金總資產截至2025年12月底再度突破歷史新高。

到底是甚麼因素令到最強積金王同最差的「燈神」表現如此分歧?IPP Financial Advisers Limited 董事彭永東(Joseph)指,即使2025年整體強積金錄得不俗回報,都不代表所有成員帳戶結餘也同步上升。主要原因包括,部分成員持有較高比例保守或債券基金,未能完全受惠於股票升幅;在市場波動期間低位贖回或頻繁轉換基金,鎖定了短期虧損而錯過其後反彈等。因此,長線而言,維持多元化資產配置及定期檢視,而非頻繁短線操作,仍是提升退休儲備的關鍵。

BCT業務定位及客戶方案高級總監王玉麟(Billy)則認為,單一基金策略未必適合所有成員,成員若長期只持有一隻基金,並因市場周期作出適時轉換,或有機會捕捉到市場升跌而成為「積金王」。但如果成員作出基金轉換後因基金表現不佳而削弱回報,便隨時淪為「燈神」。成員應選擇合適的基金組合並避免頻繁轉換,才能更有效捕捉市場平均回報。
