大廈出通告提醒居民要保持安靜，是平常不過之事。惟近日有網民在社交網站上載一張通告，只見該張英文通告竟然指名道姓地叫「Ka Wing Lau」保持安靜。該網民最初對此舉感到十分奇怪，得知真相後才恍然大悟，帖文更有後續驚喜。

事緣近日有網民在Threads上載一張照片，只見一張估計是由管理處發出的英文版通告上，提到「Ka Wing Lau Please maintain Quiet」，意即保持安靜，惟該網民最初大感不解，為何指名道姓地叫「Ka Wing Lau」的居民保持安靜。惟其後才得知「Ka Wing Lau」的廬山真貌實為位於家維邨的家榮樓。該網民表示，一直以為「樓」應該是estate或者house，想不到竟然譯作Lau，直呼是長知識。

有心水清的網民表示，這是房協轄下的公營房屋的特色，用作區別房協和房屋署的公屋。而最令人意來不到的是，此帖文竟引來一堆名為Ka Wing Lau的人留言相認。
