隨著人工智慧技術快速演進,企業如何將 AI 深度整合至營運流程,已成為競爭關鍵。華爾街日報 (WSJ) 報導,Meta 執行長馬克・祖克柏 (Mark Zuckerberg) 正親自開發一款「CEO AI Agent」,協助其日常決策與資訊取得。這項嘗試不僅是個人效率工具,更反映 Meta 正全面推動 AI 原生轉型,試圖以更精簡的組織架構應對新一輪科技競爭。

祖克柏打造專屬 CEO AI Agent:提升效率、推動組織精簡

報導指出,祖克柏正開發一款專屬 AI 助理,能即時回應問題並整理所需資訊,取代過去需經多層溝通才能取得資料的流程。該 AI Agent 目前仍在開發階段,但已開始協助其快速檢索答案與分析資訊。

知情人士透露,祖克柏希望公司內外的每個人最終都能擁有專屬的個人 AI Agent,而他正從自己開始做起。

這項計畫背後,同時也是 Meta 對整體營運模式的重新設計。公司內部正積極導入 AI 工具,以提升員工生產力、減少組織層級,並強化個人貢獻者的角色。

正如祖克柏先前在一月的公司財報電話會議中表示,透過 AI 工具,員工將能以更少人力完成更多工作,團隊結構也將趨於扁平化。

內部工具加速落地:Second Brain 與個人 Agent 生態成形

除 CEO Agent 外,Meta 內部亦推動多項 AI 工具,包括能夠搜尋並整理文件的「Second Brain」,以及能存取工作資料並協助溝通的個人代理工具「My Claw」。

這些工具可整合聊天紀錄與專案資訊,甚至能代表員工與其他同事或其 AI 代理進行互動,顯示未來企業內部協作模式可能逐步轉向 AI 對 AI 的自動化溝通。

然而,其他也正推動 AI 整合工作流程的亞馬遜則面臨許多問題,先前頻繁出現的網站與 App 故障被認為與「過度利用 AI 輔助程式開發」有關。
