澳博取得31.2億元額外銀團融資應付收購凱旋門 (19:00) – 20260116 – 即時財經新聞

該集團已經於去年12月16日與聯席主席兼執行董事梁安琪達成協議，並據此向梁安琪提供逾1.77億元貸款，用於處理欠負工銀澳門的貸款融資。至於梁在涉及貸款所提供的擔保股份，所設定的貸款債項比率（Loan to Value Ratio）為50%。

在今次發債中，德銀、法巴、中金香港、中信銀行國際及瑞銀將分佔8640萬美元。至於7家澳門本地銀行及當地銀行分行將各佔1200萬美元額度，攤佔達8400萬美元。中信里昂及CBRE Capital Advisors亦分別提供1200萬元。

完成收購澳門凱旋門後，根據澳博控股的最新架構，旗下在澳門經營博彩業務的澳娛綜合直接持有澳門凱旋門酒店40%，凱旋門酒店另60%股權則由澳娛綜合旗下SJM-Investment Ltd持有。澳娛綜合的主要附屬公司因此由長期持有SJM-Investment Ltd，變成持有兩家公司。另根據架構圖，SJM-Investment Ltd持有十六浦的項目公司51%，及持有勵駿創建（1680）3.37%股權。

至於澳博的8個衛星場在去年尾結束前，根據文件披露，共設有400張賭枱及274部角子機，當中已結業的置地娛樂場、十六浦娛樂場及澳門凱旋門娛樂場佔最多賭枱，分別多達118張、109張及45張。文件指，當十六浦於去年11月尾結束營運，旗下所有賭枱已經全數調配至澳博控股旗下澳娛綜合的賭場內。

該發債文件還顯示，澳博旗下上葡京將於今年開設可容納2000人、樓面達5000平方米的大禮堂。同時其亦會推出旅遊+文化元素，連繫新葡京附近的歷史文化景點，亦會翻新內港14號及16號碼頭。其更擬舉辦「旅遊+體育」盛事。
