【明報專訊】私營殘疾院舍「康橋之家」前院長張健華（圖）早前入稟，指院舍所屬母公司的3名董事沒提供會議紀錄等文件，並秘密轉讓股份，違反董事誠信，要求母公司每月向5名「原創股東」賠償1.5萬元董事酬金。張健華申請傳票索取文件，昨在高院開庭處理，聆案官稱現階段連對方的文件清單都未有，張的要求「實在過早，亦都沒有必要」，駁回申請。
