富豪酒店擬在中東增設50間富薈酒店 沙特佔30間


沙特阿拉伯投資部（MISA）、富豪酒店及四海國際簽署諒解備忘錄，成為戰略合作夥伴，合作酒店開發和管理項目，初步估算投資規模約50億美元。 富豪酒店副主席兼董事總經理羅寶文表示，對中東旅遊業前景樂觀，計劃在當地拓展機場或會議酒店、旗下富薈酒店品牌，以及創新中心；將於明年1至2月再次訪問沙特，了解當地機場，以及潛在發展富薈酒店的項目，亦會與MISA引進的潛在合作夥伴會面。 她表示，集團目標是2035年前增加100間富薈酒店，目前構思的資產管理平台，將注入現有資產，同時物色表現欠佳的資產，透過數碼化和綠色解決方案提升回報和處置，將循環所得的資金投入其他項目，有信心相關模式可以在中東增設50間富薈酒店，當中30間位於沙特。 富豪和四海將評估不同形式投資平台的機會，包括合營企業、投資基金或上市公司。四海國際副主席兼董事總經理羅俊圖指，會考慮將同系資產注入平台，包括富薈酒店和富豪機場酒店的相關資產；亦可能會在中東項目引入香港的投資者。 他相信，於沙特發展富薈酒店的回報比香港高，因為沙特的地價和建築費均較香港便宜，加上富薈酒店趨向自動化，人手投入較少，相信增值或回報均非常可觀。
