團隊黑洞

工作場景內,有一種人,堪稱「團隊黑洞」——他們彷彿自帶引力場,能將團隊的精力、效率,甚至耐性都吸進無底深淵。更可怕的是,這類人往往具備三大「黑洞特質」,層層遞進。

第一層:能力不足:這本非死罪,惟能力不足卻連份內基本工作都不達標,跟進的項目永遠甩甩漏漏、錯漏百出。

第二層:拙,本可原諒,但又拙又懶,不思進補,乃可恨之始。知不足,若提早準備、反覆檢查,總能將勤補拙。但「黑洞族」偏不,他們懶得做多一步。拙是能力問題,懶是態度問題,兩者疊加極可恨。

第三層:永遠是別人的錯,這是「黑洞」成形的終極封印,最致命。若被指出問題,他瞬間啟動「免責力場」,化身全宇宙最無辜的受害者。

曾親歷一役:推新產品,死綫迫在眉睫,但事交「黑洞族」負責,結果錯漏百出,若產品這樣推出,必是災難,累得其他人要漏夜執手尾。到產品推出,有人問:「產品為何宣傳配套全無動靜?」對方歎氣秒回:「唉,公司高層佔用資源,宣傳新同事又毫無經驗,無計。」我聽畢,差點拍枱大罵:「閣下身為產品負責人,不懂得向上司爭取宣傳資源?新同事新手不熟,你不懂指示和跟進叫他配合執行?」在他那套邏輯裏,上有高層掣肘,下有新手拖累,左右有部門不配合,整個世界都在與他為敵,唯獨他潔白無瑕,毫無責任。這種「無責思維」,是團隊協作中最劇烈的腐蝕劑。

集齊三點者,注定成事不足、敗事有餘,不僅自己停滯,更會磨損他人。經驗之談:與這類人合作,如同拖着秤砣游泳,能掙扎到彼岸已屬萬幸,別奢求速度與姿態。

若對方是年輕人,我還是會願意苦口婆心的。若已屆中年者,積習入骨,炒得就炒,若不在我能炒範圍的話,那就慳返啖氣遠離黑洞。皆因時間寶貴,能量有限,與其將精力消耗在填補無底黑洞,不如專注於與那些負責、自省、遇事會積極處理的夥伴並肩作戰。無他,遠離「無責族」,是為了呵護那點珍貴的、用來建設而非內耗之元氣。
