【13:11】初選案判刑後,有市民已開始為明日續審的黎智英案排隊,黎將出庭作供。排頭位的陳小姐表示,初選案有不少「排隊黨」現身,為防止座位被霸佔,她與其他旁聽人士在初選案完結後便下樓重新排隊,眾人會接力排通宵。今日天文台錄得入秋以來最低溫度,陳小姐直言「辛苦」,需向他人借衣物保暖。

【11:38】毛孟靜丈夫Philip Bowring表示,法庭判決受多種因素影響,他很難評論,但他形容毛已被囚禁近4年,今日終有進展,明言「我們會活下來(we will survive)」。他稱二人日後未打算離開香港生活。

【11:24】大律師吳靄儀散庭後表示,法庭向一眾被告簡短宣讀刑期,而不是獨立逐一宣判,有別於過往做法,「判刑一般係好大件事……今次係一個特別做法」。

劉頴匡女友黃于喬(Emilia)認為判決是預期之內,由於案件並無先例,原本預計遭判更高刑期的可能性,故心情不會特別不愉快或驚訝。至於會否上訴,她指有待下月探訪劉頴匡再討論。被問到案件對本港的意義,她稱無法評論或分析,僅稱自2021年起本港「上演大戲」,認為今次案件不是終結,只屬歷史中段,而有生之年亦未必看到終結,會盡量支援劉頴匡,憑良心做事。

【10:30】所有被告分批返回囚室,胡志偉、岑敖暉、岑子杰等離開前揮手,黃之鋒叫道「我愛香港Bye Bye!」,何桂藍靠近犯人欄玻璃前探望,親屬席傳來聲音叫「呂智恆!」,其間懲教人員不時點名喝止被告。

【10:26】法官陳慶偉表示完成宣判,宣布休庭。

【10:19】法官陳慶偉宣布派發判刑理由予控辯雙方,並向傳媒代表派發新聞摘要。書記派發文件期間,陳官兩度要求法庭內人士保持安靜。其後陳官只逐一宣讀各名被告刑期,犯人欄內被告翻閱書面判刑結果聽取判刑,有的不時望向親屬席,戴耀廷聞判時表現平靜。

【10:18】開庭。法官陳慶偉表示,不打算讀出一共82頁的判刑理由。

【10:12】案件定於10時開庭,庭外仍繼續有人龍等候入庭。有市民圍繞排隊隊伍拍掌,不住大呼「為香港人(排隊市民)鼓掌」,警方未有理會。

市民趙小姐身穿印有獅子山圖案的黑衣,上面同時印有「47」及《聖經》經文「惟願公平如大水滾滾,使公義如江河滔滔」字樣。今早9時許遭警方截查的她,相信由於衣服設計較特別;透露警方紀錄其個人資料,並要求她不要展示有政治標語信息的物品。她指衣服是為本案而設計,認為涉案人需要有公義的審訊。

【10:07】多名男被告陸續進入犯人欄。戴耀廷、劉頴匡、鄒家成、陳志全、郭家麒等坐在第二行,有被告向家屬席張望,有家屬表示「睇唔到」。司法機構人員提醒庭內人士坐下,犯人欄內懲教人員叫道「而家我地唔係安排探訪」,要求律師另安排與被告會見。

【09:48】案中目前唯一獲准保釋的被告林景楠到庭。他佩戴深藍色口罩、身穿黑色西裝,站在犯人欄外等候就坐。

【09:30】律師、記者及被告親屬等陸續進入法庭,戴耀廷妻子、天主教榮休主教陳日君樞機到庭旁聽。

【09:12】西九龍法院一帶有逾百名警員戒備及管制人流。警方國安處總警司李桂華亦曾到場觀察。早上約8時許,公眾人士可陸續進入法庭。

由於進入法院後需時接受安檢,現場亦不時下雨,警員在法院門外逾百米的範圍,分批讓公眾人士進入法庭,並要求公眾人士進入法院前先收起雨傘。警員又在通州街天橋下一帶管制車流,荔枝角道、發祥街及東京街交界一度擠塞。

【08:57】在場有10多名多國領事代表到場聽審,包括美國、英國、加拿大、澳洲、法國、德國、瑞士及奧地利等。歐盟代表稱,歐盟及其成員國關注在《港區國安法》及其他相關法例下,本案件對香港民主派政客及社運人士的影響,司法機構需要對有興趣聽審的人士保持公開及透明的態度,而在全球各地聽審代表歐盟及其成員國關注人權及法治。

【08:51】社民連前主席黃浩銘約清晨6時到法院外排隊,冀到場支持眾被告。其後於早上8時許遭警員要求到前方帳篷搜身,過程歷時約五分鐘。黃獲放行後,稱對警方搜身要求感到疑惑,笑言警方或擔心其身上有「一啲祖師爺唔鍾意嘅嘢」。黃又形容,今日已是本案「最後100米」,寄語眾被告堅持,期望未來能與前黨友、被告之一的梁國雄一同遠足。

【08:12】庭外有近300人排隊。司法機構資料顯示,今日判刑法庭將安排404個座位予公眾人士,當中5個為正庭座位,399個為延伸庭座位;傳媒則設71個座位,當中30個為正庭座位,41個為延伸庭座位。所有入庭票將於早上9時15分開始派發。

【清晨時份】清晨法院外吹起涼風,不時有雨,現場有過百人排隊等候旁聽籌。在場的社民連外務副主席周嘉發冀盡快與黨友重聚,「大家開開心心打個邊爐」。周嘉發昨夜到法院外排隊,冀陪伴眾被告走過「最後程序」。

社民連目前仍身陷官司,包括擺街站時被指無牌籌款及懸掛黑布,周表示仍希望把握僅餘空間為民發聲,但當政府「毫不留情全部都告」,工作就會產生很多自我審查,明言社民連目前只是「派下傳單,同市民講下政策」的「蚊型團體」,希望「見步行步」為市民發聲。周直言每隔約兩年就有退黨想法,「因為都真係幾攰」,不時思考香港的情况「係咪仲需要有名有姓嘅代表出嚟講嘢」,但當「覺得做緊嘅嘢有意思,依然想撐住」,笑言「最多咪偷下懶囉」。

在外國留學,趁放假時間到場排隊的何同學表示認識劉穎匡、鄒家成、黃子悅等被告,形容他們「好硬淨、好犀利」,期望到庭支持他們。她又說過往亦有留意暴動案件,冀不需經過傳媒報道下更了解今次案件;100歲的大黃伯上周日(17日)已到法院外排隊候籌。涼風之下,他稱仍想到庭支持眾被告。
