集團重申，在各年度建議股息獲股東大會批准的前提下，2022年至2024年的全年股息支付率預計將不低於40%；無論公司的經營表現如何，期內的全年股息絕對值預計不低於每股0.70港元。 

資本開支方面，今年預算總額1250至1350億元（人民幣，下同），其中，勘探、開發和生產資本化支出預計分別佔資本支出預算總額的約16%、 63%和19%。去年集團的資本支出預計達約1280億元。

展望2024年，中海油預計將有多個重要新項目投產，包括中國的綏中36-1/旅大5-2油田二次調整開發項目、渤中19-2油田開發項目、深海一號二期天然氣開發項目、惠州26-6油田 開發項目和神府深層煤層氣勘探開發示範項目以及海外的巴西Mero3項目。未來，公司將紮實推進增儲上產、科技創新和綠色發展三大工程，實施提質增效升級 行動，不斷提升價值創造能力，為股東帶來更大回報。
