韓國經濟日報報道稱,韓國將就此向法巴及匯控處以創紀錄罰款。朝鮮日報、Maeil Business、首爾經濟日報均有兩行涉嫌違規的消息。

法國巴黎銀行發言人不予置評;匯控發言人未置評。

韓國經濟日報報道指,法國巴黎銀行的香港子公司被發現無貨沽空Kakao等101隻股票,2021年9月至2022年5月期間相關交易總額達到400億韓圜。報道稱,監管機構發現匯豐香港子公司對新羅酒店等9隻股票有非法無貨沽空行為,2021年8月至12月期間相關交易總額達到160億韓圜。
