調查:大多數行業對整體員工人數預期呈跌 逾半公司去年有運用Gen AI (17:49) – 20250319 – 即時財經新聞

調查顯示,受訪者對薪酬預期降低,今年有74%的人預期2025年會獲得加薪,相對而去年為78%。另外,員工轉職呈下降趨勢,14%的受訪者在2024年轉職,2023年和2022年轉職的比例分別為15%和23%。同時,員工越來越追求穩定性,39%的受訪者視「工作穩定性」為轉換新工作時,除金錢以外的最重要考慮因素,相對2024年為31%。

另外,報告指大灣區擁有大量合資格專業人員,今年51%的首席級與人力資源受訪者表示曾從內地招聘人才,28%的受訪者曾從海外招聘。65%的受訪者表示,所在機構在香港以外的其他大灣區城市已經設有業務,或計劃三年內開展業務。

在2025年1月2日至14日期間進行,共有425名香港商界管理級和專業人員受訪,分享了他們對於香港及大灣區就業市場和職業發展機會的專業看法,受訪者來自各行各業,53%受訪者的任職機構總部設在香港;50%受訪者擔任領導層職位。

畢馬威中國稅務個人服務主管蕭維強表示,商業需求與勞動力結構不斷變化,以及科技不斷進步,是推動香港就業市場發展的主要因素。對機構而言,一方面是優化業務運營,另一方面是應對員工不斷變化的期望,他們需要完美平衡兩者,才能獲得長期成功。
