該公司表示,除了因出售三間公司股權而引致的稅後淨虧損外,今年虧損擴大的主要原因亦包括集團對業務營運模式及員工架構進行了戰略調整,邀請核心員工共同組建新企業實體。因此,集團與相關員工協商一致解除勞動合同。

依據相關法律法規估算,集團將須向相關員工支付一次性的離職補償金約5,000萬元至6,000萬元;及受市場變化及價格競爭的影響,主營產品之功能保健茶及減肥藥品於期內的收入預期按年下降約15%至25%,其他保健食品及藥品料跌60%至70%。
