【明報專訊】私營殘疾院舍「康橋之家」前院長張健華(圖)早前入稟,指院舍所屬母公司的3名董事沒提供會議紀錄等文件,並秘密轉讓股份,違反董事誠信,要求母公司每月向5名「原創股東」賠償1.5萬元董事酬金。張健華申請傳票索取文件,昨在高院開庭處理,聆案官稱現階段連對方的文件清單都未有,張的要求「實在過早,亦都沒有必要」,駁回申請。
