何永賢指,火災發生後,當局提供寶田中轉屋等協助居民,目前短中期安置都安頓下來,政府開始着手長遠特別安置安排,強調政府會細心整理收集意見,亦希望日後回到房委會再作討論時,委員能多多支持有關方面建議,並盼有關工作令宏福苑居民早日安心 、安居。

房委會商業樓宇小組委員會主席劉詩韻表示,對於宏福苑重建及未來愈來愈多市區重建計劃,建議除了原區安置,房委會可研究北都安置。

何永賢稱,未來5年總體公營房屋供應量連同簡約公屋將逾19萬個,相信能應付突如其來的事件。何形容以大埔頌雅路西作原區安置屬好選擇,指地皮本身已平整,目前亦爭取時間在打樁工程的同時修改圖則,以期2029年內落成。她重申已覓得粉嶺北第15區居屋地盤與大埔頌雅路西的公屋地盤互換,相信能保持公屋供應。

房委會今日(19日)舉行公開例會,交代財政預測及2026/27年度的機構計劃,房屋局長何永賢在會議開始時,主動提及宏福苑的長遠特別安置安排,指目前透過一戶一社工收集居民對長遠安置的意見,部分選項與房委會工作有關,例如讓他們揀選居屋單位、考慮將大埔公屋地盤變居屋等原區選擇的安排。(曾憲宗攝)

多名委員關注宏福苑安置對房委會財政的影響,當中身兼立法會議員的房委會委員簡慧敏表示,現時財政預測未有納入宏福苑的長遠安置工作作為考量,關注有關安置工作如何影響房委會資金,亦建議房委會在居屋計劃為宏福苑居民另設特別計劃,令有關安排留有彈性。房委會資助房屋小組委員會主席黃碧如則呼籲政府將來向宏福苑居民提供協助時,但應確保公共資源合理運用。

何永賢強調會平衡資源投放,倘要在大埔宏福苑援助基金的捐款之上要投放資源,需「拿捏得好」投放多少。

另外,房委會會議今通過2026/27年度機構計劃及年度財政預測,將會在本月31日或之前將相關機構計劃及財政預測呈交特首批准。其中年度機構計劃提及是否重推租置計劃作研究。何永賢稱,會分開處理租置的計劃,包括加快推出現時39個租置屋邨的未出售單位同時,會為重推租置作研究。
