TRENDING RUMORS

Arsenal are interested in a move for West Ham United winger Mohammed Kudus, says the Mirror. The Gunners reportedly have identified the 24-year-old as a potential future replacement for Leandro Trossard, who is being linked with a switch to the Saudi Pro League. An offer worth £90 million could be required to land Kudus, who scored his second Premier League goal of the season during the Hammers’ 4-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur two weeks ago before being sent off.

AC Milan forward Rafael Leão is beginning to think about leaving the club, according to Calciomercato. The 25-year-old is believed to be struggling with adapting to the system of new manager Paulo Fonseca, compounded by form that has seen him score just once in nine appearances this season. Barcelona as well as clubs in Saudi Arabia are reported to be in the running for the Portugal international’s signature, but, with Leão contracted at the San Siro until the summer of 2028, the Rossoneri may hold out for his €175m release clause to be met.

– West Ham are lining up a move for Botafogo striker Igor Jesus, according to Diario AS. The Hammers are reported to have placed the 23-year-old on their shortlist and are planning to open talks with the Brazilian Serie A club. Multiple forwards are said to be under consideration as Julen Lopetegui’s side struggle for goals, and it looks as though Jesus could be the first one that the Premier League side explore a deal for.

– Talks between Crystal Palace and forward Jean-Philippe Mateta over a new contract are stalling, reports the Sun. Mateta, 27, has scored three goals in 10 Premier League matches this season, and he is said to be demanding a new deal worth £90,000-per-week. The Eagles are reluctant to meet his demands, and it is reported that they have begun to explore a move for 20-year-old Reims and Ivory Coast international forward Oumar Diakité as a potential replacement.

– Several big clubs in Europe are tracking Sporting CP winger Geovany Quenda, reports Foot Mercato. The 17-year-old is reported to be “turning heads” with his recent performances in Portuguese Primeira Liga, having overtaken both Simao Sabrosa and Cristiano Ronaldo to become the youngest scorer in the league at 17 years, six months, and 18 days. He has recently been linked with Paris Saint-Germain.
