In the latest, Russian President Vladimir Putin has pledged to take decisive measures against those responsible for the attack at Moscow’s Crocus City Hall on Friday (Mar 22), resulting in the death of at least 133 people. In other news, the US Senate approved a funding package for the government, preventing a partial shutdown of federal operations. In India, the ministry of foreign affairs summoned the Deputy Head of Mission of the German Embassy for his comments on the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
