The Christophers, a new dark comedy movie from Steven Soderbergh, has added three new cast members.
Soderbergh has two new movies coming out in the coming months. Presence, which stars Lucy Liu and Julia Fox, is a new psychological thriller that arrives in United States theaters on January 24, 2025. Just a couple of months after that, Black Bag, which is led by Cate Blanchett and Michael Fassbender, arrives on March 14, 2025.
Soderbergh isn’t showing any signs of slowing down as he’s now planning to film a new dark comedy movie, The Christophers, in London this coming February.
Who has been cast in Steven Soderbergh’s The Christophers?
Ian McKellen (The Lord of the Rings), James Corden (Cats), and Michaela Coel (I May Destroy You) have all been tapped to play characters in The Christophers, according to Deadline.
“The Christophers is a dark comedy about the estranged children of a once-famous artist who hire a forger to complete his unfinished works so they can be discovered and sold after his death,” Deadline’s description of the plot reads.
