Meizu schedules Note 16 series launch event for next month

Meizu made its comeback to the international smartphone scene at MWC Barcelona. The maker is now focusing its attention on a new launch with the Meizu Note 16 series. The upcoming midrange devices will launch next month in China and Meizu has now opened early reservations for the devices via its official online store and partnering retailers.

Meizu schedules Note 16 series launch event for next month

As per the attached promo image, the Meizu Note 16 series will feature an octagonal camera module, a flat frame, and what appears to be a dedicated AI-button.

In addition, Meizu confirmed it will launch its flagship Meizu 22 series this summer with a focus on AI. We already saw the Meizu 22 at MWC Barcelona, where it was previously reported to launch in April. The Meizu 22 series should launch with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, flagship cameras and new AI features.
