Viewers are curious to know whether Netflix has renewed or canceled Strip Law Season 2. Created by Cullen Crawford, the comedy animated series follows Lincoln Gumb, a serious, uptight lawyer who struggles to win cases in Las Vegas. Therefore, he teams up with a fun-loving magician, Sheila Flambé, to bring excitement to the cases. With the series having concluded recently, many want to know if another installment is on the horizon.
Has Netflix canceled Strip Law or renewed it for Season 2?
Netflix has neither renewed nor canceled Strip Law Season 2. A decision about the series future will likely be made once Season 1’s performance is evaluated.
Typically, a series renewal is based on several factors, with the most important ones being viewership, ratings, and audience reception. If the desired expectations are met, the chances of renewal increase. As the series premiered on February 20, 2026, it’s too early to gauge its performance and give a final verdict. Once the showrunners have a clear understanding of its streaming performance, a decision is likely to be announced.
In an interview, Crawford revealed that he would love to include additional Las Vegas locally known celebrities, like George Wallace, if the series is renewed for another outing. He mentioned that his current challenge is ensuring that Las Vegans correctly understand the joke in the series and don’t misinterpret it. “I hope people understand that I’m making fun of that (stereotype) and not just buying into it. That’s the main hope for this,” he added (via Neon Review Journal).
The voice cast includes Adam Scott as Lincoln Gumb, Janelle James as Sheila Flambe, Keith David, Stephen Root, Shannon Gisela, and others. All its episodes are now streaming on Netflix. As the streaming service doesn’t offer a free trial, a subscription is needed to watch the series.
