Did Drew get shot by Curtis on General Hospital?
In the closing moments of General Hospital’s November 26 episode, the show hinted that Curtis could be the one who shot Drew in several ways.
First, at PCPD, Nathan brings up Curtis’s name in the investigation, saying that he doesn’t have a solid alibi for the time window of Drew’s shooting. He also acknowledges that Curtis, a former cop and a PI, will know how to cover his tracks. While Dante initially believed that Curtis had the weakest motive, he trusts Nathan’s instincts and asks to dig deeper into their suspect.
Later at the Port Charles Grill, Aunt Stella confronts Drew for all the problems that he’s causing for her family. She gives him a piece of her mind before returning to her dinner with Curtis and Trina. After a while, she admits to being wrong in provoking Drew. At that moment, Curtis says, “Don’t worry about Drew. I’ll protect my family from him by any means necessary.”
Lastly, after the heated exchange, Drew confides in Martin that he still believes that Curtis is the one who shot him. However, he insists that Michael should be the one who goes down in the case. Nonetheless, he assures Martin that he’ll find a way to make Curtis pay for what he did.
Considering all these facts, it is highly likely that he is responsible for Drew’s shooting. While he may not have pulled the trigger himself, he could’ve hired someone to do it.
On the other hand, some fans on social media have expressed their thoughts that someone else shot him. This is mainly because the shadow in the scene appeared to be smaller in stature and had short hair. A fan on the show’s Facebook page said, “I said this before, but I am 90% convinced Willow shot Drew.” Meanwhile, another user said, “After today’s show, I think Stella shot Drew!”
