安永:內地A股IPO審批從嚴 滬深交易所全球集資額排名跌 (19:29) – 20240613 – 即時財經新聞

會計行安永今發布《中國內地和香港IPO市場》報告,滬、深交所於全球交易所集資額排名,由去年上半年分別的第一、二位,集資163億美元和123億美元。跌至今年的第六位和第九位,集資27億美元和17億美元。整體A股集資額和新股上市數量,分別為329億元人民幣和44家,分別按年跌84%及75%。

報告亦提到,內地A股IPO申上市的企業數量,截至本月10日的有約526家,而526家企業當中,有373家企業已中止其上市申請,蔡偉榮表示內地A股IPO於調整期當中,以及其上市門檻亦有所提高。

而紐約交易所及納斯達克交易所於全交易所集資額排名,分別由去年上半年的第三位及第五位,集資73億美元和29億美元。升至今年同期的第一位和第二位,分別集資108億美元和71億美元。

安永香港科技、媒體與電訊行業審計服務主管陳日輝表示,美國今年上半年IPO集資額及新股上市數量,分別為22.35億美元和24家,按年升逾2.74倍和26%。

事實上,繼中證監去年8月宣布「階段性收緊IPO節奏」後,內地IPO集資額持續低迷,滬、深交易所於上月中時隔3個月後,才重新召開上市審核委員會審議,審核IPO上市。
