寶龍地產第三度延後2021年末期息派發   (18:35) – 20231019 – 即時財經新聞

集團的2021年末期息，原定於2022年6月27日派發，其後分別改至2022年10月21日或前後、2023年10月20日或前後派息，在今日又再公布延至2024年10月21日。

對於三度延後2021年度末期息派發，公司指面對複雜嚴峻的經濟形勢及中國房地產行業處於深度調整期所帶來的諸多挑戰，並鑒於公司的首要任務是確保物業開發項目能夠按時交付，並獲取現金資源用於持續發展，董事會經審慎考慮後議決進一步更改末期股息派付日期為2024年10月21日或前後，以保留集團的現金資源於此艱難時期作營運資金用途。

為依時派付末期股息，寶龍指，將繼續不時監測中國政府對房地產市場所實施的政策變動，適時對集團的經營策略作出相應調整，並採納措施優化流動資金管理；及繼續每月監測集團的銷售數據及交付，並積極調整銷售及預售活動，以更好地應對市場變動，實現最新預算的銷售及預售的體量和金額。

寶龍指，儘管公司會竭力派付末期股息，鑒於中國房地產行業仍面臨不穩市場和複雜挑戰，公司預期可能需不時調整經營策略，不能排除公司於2024年10月前後的現金資源及派付末期股息的能力或受影響的可能性。
