中東行簽59協議 「香港內地展優勢」 黃偉綸:以協同效應拓商機 提供全方位供應鏈 – 20250517 – 港聞 – 每日明報

商貿團在5日內走訪卡塔爾和科威特兩國,共簽署59項合作備忘錄和協議,其中11項為政府間的合作框架協議。黃偉綸提到,商貿團獲兩國政府的高度重視和高規格接待,與兩國元首、政府領導及高層官員會面,政府代表在科威特更獲安排入住皇宮,政府代表及所有企業代表都獲邀到皇宮內午宴交流。

代表團出訪期間,與兩國的商界領袖和業界代表舉行多場圓桌會議和會面,並與卡塔爾金融中心、卡塔爾開發銀行,以及科威特直接投資促進局舉行會議,了解兩國的未來發展目標和方向,讓香港商界和內地企業更了解兩國的經濟前景和發展機會。

擴闊「中東朋友圈」

黃:為與內企拓海外市場作示範

黃偉綸特別提及其中兩份協議,均由內地與卡塔爾企業達成,一份協議由內地創科企業與科威特直接投資促進局達成,另一份是由香港、內地、卡塔爾三方共同簽署的意向書,就金融科技推進合作,進一步鞏固大家的合作基礎。黃認為,這可見今次出訪成功擴闊香港和內地的「中東朋友圈」,也為香港和內地企業聯手拓展海外市場提供非常好的示範作用。

商貿團亦獲安排參觀兩國的著名文化地標,並在卡塔爾哈馬德國際機場考察由內地科技企業設計及試驗的自動駕駛巴士,該企業在港設立國際總部,而相關項目亦在香港國際機場使用,同時是首個在中東機場應用的自動駕駛項目。
